Baking Passage: 7000MM 1200MM 1200MM in size, equipped with far infrared heating tubes and adopting steel back surface heating mode (far infrared radiation + air heating), heating time is adjustable from 8 to 15 minutes. High density aluminum silicate cotton is used for thermal insulation to reduce energy loss, and an independent power distribution cabinet with Shimandon power regulator control ensures precise temperature adjustment. 

Cooling Section: 5500MM 1500MM 1500MM in size, cooled by medium pressure fan for rapid and uniform cooling of baked brake sheets, avoiding coating deformation caused by uneven cooling. 

Row Sheet Dusting Room: 2200MM 1200MM 1900MM in size, with integral shell made of Q235 cold rolled sheet for high structural stability. Equipped with two spray guns with separate stainless steel powder boxes, the top vacuuming design effectively controls dust pollution, and the independent stainless steel powder box with vibrating screen ensures uniform powder supply. 

Transmission & Powder System: Adopts 970mm width ball network chain (customizable for replacement); the powder recycling box is equipped with six 300*600 high density filters (39.6 ㎡ filtering area) and a separate 5.5kW high-pressure fan for efficient powder recovery, and the vortex spiral barrel exclusive for the powder spraying line further improves powder utilization rate.
