1. Base

The base of the High-Efficiency Disc Brake Surface Grinding Machine is constructed from a single welded Q235 steel plate (10mm side plate thickness, 30mm front panel thickness), weighing approximately 3 tons, ensuring stability and reducing operational vibration.

2. Grinding Head and Motor

Equipped with custom-designed grinding head motors: 7.5KW (roughing/fine grinding), 5.5KW (grooving), 4KW (chamfering). Includes a 260mm grinding wheel, 220mm grooving cutter, 22.5° chamfering cutter, and a manual dovetail groove slide.

3. Electrical System

The electrical system utilizes a touchscreen + PLC control system with a centralized digital display, enabling intelligent operation and real-time parameter monitoring.
